L.G. Fraboni Sausage, Inc. and Fraboni Wholesale Distributors, Inc. are the two companies that grew from a small garage-based sausage making enterprise started by Leo Fraboni and his wife, Irene, in October, 1968.

Today the "Sausage Company" manufactures a wide variety of award winning products including Potato Sausage, Snack Sticks, Hot Italian Sausage, Cottage Bacon, and the "Best New Taste" of the 2000 Minnesota State Fair, Porketta Sausage.

The "Wholesale Company" was spun off in 1995 and has developed under the guidance of brothers Mark and Wayne Thune into a full-line food service distributor serving northeastern Minnesota.

Both companies are located in Hibbing, Minnesota and together employ about 30 people.
